  • The grill has so many air leaks when closed that the charcoal continues to burn up after the lid and vents are closed. The vinyl cover catches rain and retains it because of the gathered skirt. When the gathers are eliminated, the problem goes away. This product is not as good as the previous, basically identical, grill by the same maker.

  • The grill is fine, but its hard to set up the grill and put it together when the instructions offer very few pictures. And all of the text is written in GERMAN! Yeah, no joke “Swinger Gril Bruksanvisning” whatever that means. I hope yours are in english but know that there is a good chance you will have to google up som instructions.

  • Great grill. Adjustable grate level makes for even cooking. Works great as a smoker too!

  • There’s just nothing better than these Meco grills. The adjustable grilling surface, adjustable vents, and the folding side table (some have one on each side) make it everything needed in a charcoal grill. Easy adjustments to quickly change grill height and air flow allow for grilling perfection. I’ve had these kind of grills for many years. They are well-built and hold up well to all the elements. Unfortunately, they are now very hard to find, and the copy-cat ones on the market don’t measure up to Meco.

  • Lighter weight than earlier models, but still one of the best designs for a grill ever.
